Honda'98 CBR900 CBR 900 RRW Fireblade Engine Cylinder Head and Camshafts

  
Removed from the well maintained, and undamaged, 1998 Honda CBR900 RRW Fireblade shown. The bike had 52825 miles on the clock, a long current MOT, and ran very well prior to dismantling (a video of the bike starting up is shown). The colour is Code YR196D (Candy Blaze Orange); engine number SC33E2208567............

This head comes with camshafts as shown. There are no broken header studs. All but one of the studs unscrewed with their nuts. Several studs may be better replaced. That although the RRW and RRX blade engines appear the same as the earlier RRT and RRV models, the internals (the gearbox, clutch basket, anyway), and the casings themselves, are different.

A brief summary of the actual donor bike. The bike was bought privately by myself in October 2023. In the six months that he owned it, the previous owner had used the bike only a couple of times. There have been 10 previous owners. The last MOT was conducted on 04.06.23 and was a'pass' with no advisories. The mileage at the time of the MOT was 52615 miles.

An RAC vehicle check, conducted by myself on 24th October'23, shows the vehicle to be'Clear' in all respects. The registered colour is'Orange'. The colour code is YR196D (ie' Candy Blaze Orange'). Please check out the other parts available from this bike.

All listings by default are set to exclude'Northern Ireland' and'Highlands and Islands'. Courier costs can be substantially more than to the UK'mainland', and tend to be somewhat more restrictive (eg, for frames and larger items), but I will always do what I can.
